25 Years of down to earth growing !
A new year and we are already growing!
Our Winter/Spring Greens program runs from February until July with items such as baby leaf greens, salad blends, micro-greens, sprouts and radishes on the menu!
As spring turns into summer the list of fresh vegetables grows with the addition of beans, beets, fresh cucumbers from the greenhouse, more greens, squashes, slicing tomatoes and the first baby potatoes (and don't forget the fresh grapes grown here in our greenhouses!)
Late summer is every home canners dream as the vegetables are in full glorious abundance. Kale and cabbages, potatoes, winter squash, cases and cases of tomatoes waiting to be transformed into salsas and sauces.
